Refund policy

We hope you love your Tinkers wax Melts order, however if there are any issues with your order we will resolve them as soon as possible. Please email tinkerswaxmelts@hotmail.com with any refund or returns enquiries.

We're convinced that you'll absolutely love our products, however if you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of making a purchase - The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way - we will not accept products back because you do not like the fragrance or it is not in comparison to a designer dupe, any products which have been used and not in its original state will not be eligible for a refund, sorry for any inconvenience.

After we receive your item we will inspect it and process your refund if applicable. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit or debit card payment method it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit or debit card statement.

 

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the productin the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

 

Return postage is covered by the customer.
